Voice behavior refers to the behavior that proactively challenges the status quo and makes constructive changes. Previous studies have explored the antecedents of employees' voice behavior, but to whom employees are likely to voice their thoughts has remained rarely examined. We propose that voice behavior is target-sensitive and that there are two types of voice behavior: speaking out (voice toward peers) and speaking up (voice toward the supervisor). Transformational leadership facilitates both speaking out and speaking up. However, it produces effects on employees via different types of employee identifications. Specifically, social identification predicts only speaking out, while personal identification predicts only speaking up. In contrast, affiliative extra-role behavior is less target-sensitive, and transformational leadership influences affiliative extra-role behavior via both social identification and personal identification. We examined our hypotheses by collecting both self-reported and coworker data from 191 Chinese employees in different organizations. Our hypotheses gained general support from the data. The current study focuses on efficiency improvement for banking systems from multiple perspectives, which have different definitions of input/output about various attributes of a banking system. In this research we utilize data envelopment analysis (DEA) and Nash bargaining game (NBG) theory to improve inefficient banks in order to: (1) Make the inefficient bank be the state of Pareto Optimality for multiple perspectives, which can avoid discontentment of some perspectives. (2) Improve a bank by changing its attributes and provide various improving schemes for decision makers. Modular product design and internal integration are commonly adopted by manufacturers to improve operational performance. A number of studies argue that the adoption of product modularity significantly alters organization design, which affects the impact of internal integration on competitive capabilities. This paper thus aims to empirically explore the individual effects as well as interaction effects of product modularity and internal integration on competitive capabilities. The competitive capabilities studied in this paper include product innovativeness, low price, product quality, delivery, flexibility and customer services. After analysing the data from 251 Hong Kong manufacturers through moderated multiple regression analysis, the study found that better internal integration can significantly improve product innovativeness, product quality, delivery, flexibility and customer services, while a high level of product modularity enhances product innovativeness, flexibility and customer services. More importantly, the study shows that internal integration and product modularity can interact to improve product innovativeness and product quality. These results enhance our understanding of the interaction of product design and organizational coordination. 相似文献

This paper investigates two batching problems for steelmaking and continuous-casting (SCC) production in an integrated iron and steel enterprise. The tasks of the problems are to make the decisions as how to consolidate ordered slabs into charges, and then how to group charges into casts. The effective decisions on these batching problems can help to balance the requirements of materials in downstream production lines, improve the customer satisfaction levels, and reduce production costs (including reduction of open ordered slabs, less slabs quality upgrading, reduction of steel-grade changeovers, and reduction of inefficient utilization of tundishes lives). We first formulate the problems as integer-programming models by consider practical constraints and requirements, and then develop the two heuristic algorithms for the corresponding batching problems. By embedding above models and algorithms, we develop decision support system (DSS) software with interactive planning editor. The DSS has been tested by using practical data set collected from the steelmaking plant in Baosteel which is one of the most advanced iron and steel enterprises in China. Computational experiments demonstrate that the models and algorithms developed can generate the satisfactory solutions when they work together with the planning editor in the DSS. 相似文献

本文研究了由生产商和零售商组成的两阶段供应链的最优折扣券发放模式及相应的产品定价、折扣券面值和折扣券有效期,并提出了供应链协调策略。通过比较分析生产商发放折扣券模式和零售商发放折扣券模式,得出在零售商发放折扣券时,生产商利润和供应链总利润都会得到较大的提高,而一定条件下零售商利润将会较生产商发放折扣券模式下有所下降。针对这种情况,论文提出了基于成本分摊的供应链协调策略,即在零售商发放折扣券的情况下,由生产商分摊部分折扣券发放成本以达到双赢的目的。研究表明,通过调整成本分摊比例可以在保证零售商利润不受损的前提下提升供应链的整体利润,最终达到供应链协调。 相似文献

一直以来,营销学界都把客户关系管理(Customer Rehtionship Management)的重点放在如何获得新顾客和维持现有顾客身上,而流失顾客赢回管理工作的重要性却长久地被忽视.为了证明失而复得顾客的重要价值,作者把顾客在流失前、赢回后两个不同阶段的满意度和购买份额作对比分析,结果发现,赢回后的顾客满意度和购买份额较流失前显著增加;用关系投资或价格促销策略赢回来的顾客满意度和购买份额,较被关系投资或价格促销吸引来的新顾客满意度和购买份额显著提高;流失前,顾客满意度与购买份额之间拟合的函数曲线呈反S型,厂商策略对这一阶段的顾客行为影响不显著;赢回后,顾客满意度与购买份额之间拟合的函数曲线呈S型,赢回策略对这一阶段的顾客行为影响显著;满意度与购买份额拟合的函数曲线参考点发生了位移. 相似文献

We tested a model in which two bases of trust mediated the effects of supervisory procedural justice. Two conceptually distinct mechanisms were proposed to explain how different procedural justice effects are manifested. Structural equation modeling results using 203 individuals with matched supervisory ratings from a cross-section of organizations located in Taiwan supported our model. Cognitive trust mediated the relations of supervisory procedural justice with performance and job satisfaction, whereas affective trust mediated relations between supervisory procedural justice and helping behavior at work. 相似文献
